What do you enjoy most about your current job?  

The people here are great - friendly and approachable, I love helping people to grow and develop into first rate advisors this gives me real job satisfaction. I also enjoy the variety of work that I am able to get involved in.

How have you developed since being with Home Retail Group? 

I joined the company in 2007 and have worked in Bolton for the last 12 month'. The company invests in their people - I'm currently completing a development and accreditation programme for Team Leaders. I have also had great opportunities to get involved in other aspects of the business outside the usual remit of a Team Leader and this is helping me to look to further my career in the future.
